Powerpoint in Mac is missing some fonts
Hello Techies, I recently came across an issue that could be a small issue according to you, but I feel these are very crucial for some users. I am going to be frequently using PowerPoint, where I use a particular font, 'Abadi.' I would appreciate it if someone could help me with a fix regarding this.
Citrix - O365 apps go unauthenticated when updating to version 2408
Hi, My Citrix environment uses Citrix UPM and FSlogix all on server 2019 using PVS versioning. I have been running for a year regularly updating O365 to the latest version and build but this time when I have updated to Version 2408 Build 17928.20468 after around 1 hours (assume this is the licence token refresh time) users are being asked to "fix your account" Has anyone experienced the same and got to the bottom of it? If I roll back the update to a previous build there is no issue. Cheers, Jeff
Make Bookings calendar events private by default?
Hi everyone! We are currently attempting to use Microsoft Bookings with external people. When someone books an appointment with us, a calendar entry that includes the full name of the person booking the appointment is created in the staff's calendar. The staff's calendar is visible throughout the entire organization, meaning everyone can see who scheduled an appointment with us. This is a privacy issue for us. Making these appointments private in the Outlook calendar would be a solution, but I can't seem to find an option to make Bookings appointments private by default. Changing calendar permissions is also not an option for our organization. I was also not successful in building a flow with Power Automate since linking the booking to a meeting turned out to be difficult. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks!

I can't add a O365 to Outlook desktop client but I can access from the web This a weird thing, whenever I try to add in Outlook from File > Add Account I get the message "Something went wrong and Outlook couldn't set up your account". From Control Panel > Mail > Email accounts > New > Manual Setup > here I put the email and gets stuck at "Searching for... Settings" and then " An encrypted connection to your email is not available, click Next to attempt using an unencrypted connection", so I do that and get the error "We're sorry we couldn't set up your account automatically. To try setting up the account yourself click Next" which is basically the same. Everything works fine in the browser, any ideas on this?Portal change

Hello, here is my question about Outlook 365 rules I receive messages addressed two different email addresses: myself_at_example.com and mygroup_at_example.com By default, all these messages arrive in my inbox and are addressed to either of the next three boxes: Some messages are addressed to the “To” box Some messages are addressed to the “Cc” box Some messages are addressed to the “Bcc” box I simply want to move these messages to Outlook folders with the same name. The folders “My Cc” and “My Bcc” are created by me in Outlook 365 Messages addressed to the “To” box stay in the Inbox folder Messages addressed to the “Cc” box to be moved to the outlook folder “My Cc” Messages addressed to the “Bcc” box to be moved to the outlook folder ”My Bcc” Suggested (non existing) outlook rules: Step: Start Apply rule on messages I receive. I am a Student from Germany and have recently stumbled upon a very annoying bug in OneNote: The scale on the ruler is bricked! Here you can see what I mean: The paper I am using is squared 5mm. The problem persists when using other sizes though. The funny thing about this is that apparently the scaling of the ruler was given some thought, since it does change the size of its scale when you zoom in or out for example. What is don´t realize is what the reference for it is? Its certainly not a millimeter scale. The option to change the scale on the ruler or changing it automatically depending on the selected unit of measurement in the settings would be very helpful and appreciated! (I have tried selecting different units in the settings but this does not seem to affect the scale of the ruler...) I think a lot of students would benefit a lot from this and from my personal experience of talking to other students at my uni, I can confirm, that this a big reason for people to switch to something like Xournal++ or GoodNotes. Especially in technical classes where you often need to draw something accurately... What do you think about this and would this be an issue that could be resolved in a future update?
word template repeating a field that contains multiple values
How can we have a field/column which contains multiple values repeat in a template. steps I followed Click on the parent node right click then 'repeating' in the content control box then right click on field/column then insert as plain text Still I only see the last value of the column. I was expecting it will give all the values that the column has on by one.
Hide Users from Teams Directory
We have a request from our corporate leadership to hide non-primary AD accounts from Teams search. Many of us in the IT team have multiple accounts (i.e. privileged access to certain platforms, developer accounts). The request is to have the ability to hide non-primary accounts from the directory/search. These accounts don't have email licenses, never log into Teams, etc. There used to be a "Hide from GAL" option in Exchange. Looking for something similar for AAD/M365
