Microsoft 365 Groups

I have two organisers (spouse an I) and one member (child) in my family. Spouse and I can see the family calendar listed in iOS's native Calendar app. Child has the same setup but cannot see the calendar in iOS's native Calendar app. If I logon to my email account on outlook.com the Calender shows both under Other Calendars and Group (same calendar entries). If I logon to my child's account on outlook.com the Calendar only shows under Group. How can I have it show under Other Calendars on my child's account? Also, in desperation I installed the Outlook app on my child's iphone and that doesn't show Group Calendars either.98Views0likes3CommentsSeattle Conference

Because Groups do not have folders in Outlook, can anyone tell me what happens to mail marked as spam sent to 365 Group address when configured to not "Send copies of group conversations and events to group members' inboxes" or notifications disabled when rules are in-place?37KViews2likes27CommentsHidden Group and Hidden Group Membership
Hi everyone! I have come across a requirement where the client would like to use an excel spreadsheet, a service account and application registration to manage group membership for a confidential group. They would like to create a group from which the members cannot leave, see other team members and cannot see the group itself. Now, I have the concept of the flow with me but for the life of me, I cannot get around to finding/configuring a group that meets the requirement. Have you guys come across this sort of scenario? Group Configuration: Users should not be able to view the group Users should not be able to view members of the group Users should not be able to leave the group Thanks in advance.436Views1like2CommentsOffice 365 Backup
Iam Looking For: Find a backup solution for our Office 365 data such as SharePoint/OneDrive content, e-mails, calendars, contacts, notes, tasks etc. ! The harddrives of the machine definitly need to be encrypted. Not sure of synology can do that reliably (LUKS?). Synology had some security issues in the past, but they might have been only relevant if they are exposed to the internet. I think we have two options: Backup in the office on encrypted drives with very restricted access (SSH?) Encrypt backup and upload it to S3 (not sure if there's a tool for that) I'm fine with both. Is there an open source tool that can mirror Office 365 on a local machine? (Linux) is the Synology tool proprietary?3KViews0likes5CommentsHow to achieve easy file update on Powerbi repository
Hi, I am new to powebi and I am trying to understand if powerbi could be the answer to a challenge that I have. I receive a monthly excel report file (always with the same format and schema) from a partner. I would like to have a dashboard that visualised the report content. I can achieve this when I link the one file with powerbi, however, I am not sure how to handle the monthly increments. Do I need to have some kind of master file that every month I manually update with the data from the new file that I receive, or is there a smart solution where I can just drop the file into a repository and Powerbi will automatically fetch all files in the repository? Any ideas are welcome. Thanks64Views0likes2Comments🚀 Mastering Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals – My Learning Journey & Tips!
