Blocked from Migrating Entra App from Personal to Org Tenant (Production Use, Partner Account)
We’re a Microsoft partner with a verified organizational tenant and a live Outlook connector currently in production with a sizable user base. Unfortunately, due to historical setup, the Entra authentication app supporting this connector was registered under a personal Microsoft account. Microsoft support informed us that application migration between accounts is no longer supported, and directed us to the community for visibility and possible product escalation. What We’re Asking For: A manual reassignment or supported workaround for this authentication app to be transferred to our organizational tenant Or at minimum, guidance on how to support existing users during a parallel rebuild, with minimal disruption We understand this may be an edge case, but for partners with live customer-facing apps originally built under personal accounts, we believe there’s value in revisiting the policy — or offering a migration pathway. If there’s a path to escalate this to the relevant Entra or Commercial Marketplace team, we would sincerely appreciate that support. Thanks in advance.

I am writing to request clarification regarding a change in my certification status. I have successfully passed the MS-100 and MS-101 exams and was awarded the Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert certification. Since 2021, I have continuously renewed my certification through the renewal process. However, starting in 2024, I have noticed that this Enterprise Administrator Expert badge no longer appears in my certification profile. Instead, I now see the Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert badge. It also appears that the Enterprise Administrator Expert certification is now associated with the MS-102 exam as a requirement. Given that I have held this certification for several years and have renewed it consistently, I would like to understand: Why was the Enterprise Administrator Expert certification removed from my profile? Has there been a change in certification structure that caused this transition? Is there a way to regain or revalidate the Enterprise Administrator Expert certification under the new framework? This certification is important for my current role, and I would greatly appreciate your assistance in clarifying this situation. Thank you very much for your support.
Microsoft's Verification and Support System
Microsoft's verification and support system is absolutely appalling. Despite providing every piece of required information for my company, their system continues to reject my verification attempts. I've gone above and beyond by paying extra to create additional email accounts in the format email address removed for privacy reasons. I've submitted QR-coded invoices officially verified by government authorities. Our WHOIS data is current and accurate. My name matches perfectly across all documentation and our DUNS number is correct. Yet, I keep receiving the same frustrating response: "This is because the primary contact details did not match." When I reach out through their official support channels, it takes them five days just to respond. It's been two months now, and I'm still waiting for approval just to register. It's absurd that such a large company maintains such a disastrous system. All they need to do is verify real users directly without relying on AI algorithms. They're so focused on automating everything with artificial intelligence that they've created a dysfunctional process. Despite all their technology, humans still remain superior at handling these verification tasks, yet Microsoft seems determined to automate a process they haven't properly designed.CSP Account Still Shows "Rejected" Despite Authorization – Suspension Notice Received
Summary: My CSP Indirect Reseller account was confirmed as authorized by Microsoft support, but the Partner Center UI still shows "Rejected" with a "Fix now" button. I also received a suspension notice despite the authorization. Dear Microsoft Partner Support, I am writing regarding my CSP Indirect Reseller account and a suspension notice I received on May 23, 2025, stating that my account would be suspended and termination proceedings would begin 30 days from that date. However, on June 13, 2025, I received confirmation via a support ticket that my account is now authorized and that no further action is required. Despite this, as of June 16, 2025, when I log into Partner Center (even using a guest browser and different network), my Legal Info section still shows "Rejected" with a "Fix now" button. I believe this may be a UI or sync issue that is incorrectly triggering the suspension process. To clarify, I am a sole trader and work on this business part-time. I have submitted all required documentation, including: - Business registration - Domain ownership invoice - Self-attestation letter confirming sole proprietorship I kindly request: 1. Confirmation that my CSP Indirect Reseller account will not be suspended. 2. A manual refresh or correction of the UI status in Partner Center to reflect the authorized state. 3. Any additional steps I should take to ensure my account remains in good standing. Thank you for your assistance and clarification.

Hi all, We are currently trying to deploy a solution through Power Platform (PP), however we couldn't get it to work. Initially, we believed the issue to be a dataverse version mismatch. Therefore, with assistance with PP support, we updated the dataverse version so it is now aligned. However, this did not fix the issue. We keep receiving error codes, even when we try to deploy the solution manually. It states that we cannot add the workflow because it does not exist. Our ticket has now been passed to the PP solutions team for investigate. However, our project is now at a standstill while support look into the issue. We were wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue before and if there is anything we can try in the meantime. Any guidance or advice would be greatly appreciated.
PL-300 exam cancelled
I gave my PL-300 exam through Pearson vue platform which was closed by proctor by alleging that I was cheating, I ensured the proctor that I am not cheating by any means but the exam window was closed by him even before I can attempt a single question, I raised this concern to Pearson vue support also, please provide resolution for this I want my exam to be rescheduled again.
My Partner Center Account Was Suspended – Need Clarification and Support
Hello Microsoft Tech Community officials, Our Microsoft Partner Center account has been suspended, both as a Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program and as a Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) Indirect Reseller. We did not receive any notification as the reason for the suspension, but I thought that the common reason for the closure of both titles could be the statement “Significant account abuse detected”, but no detailed explanation was shared. Regarding this situation, I would like to point out: We have not knowingly or intentionally violated Microsoft rules or policies in any way. All our activities have been carried out in order to get to know the systems and learn the processes in the journey of becoming a solution partner. At this point, we would like to ask you A clearer explanation of the reason for the suspension, A chance to correct and reassess if there is a mistake, I would like guidance on the steps we need to take to reactivate the account. We value the Microsoft partnership and are ready to cooperate in any way we can to help clarify this process.

Currently, on the MCCP website, there are logos available for download for Microsoft partners, but they do not include the wording "Learning Partner." Microsoft 365 Business Premium grant is being discontinued

Hello, I'm trying to verify my business for the CSP program, but I'm stuck in the same loop. Every support representative asks for the same documents, and I send them again and again. But nothing is fixed. It feels like I'm talking to a robot, not a human. I’m just looking for someone to actually review my case, not reset it every time. Hi I'm assistant at the Qubitpilot company. We can't get partner status. Everything went wrong at the Accoutnt cerification status step- "Rejected". The "fix now" button is not active. We have written to support many times, called the Microsoft hotline, the problem has not been solved for 2 weeks. What should we do? We urgently need to solve this problem. We've open the tickets 3 times but they wer closed down or not answered.

I've tried to request resolution through Office 365 portal, hoping they'd facilitate contact with partner support but they seem to be confused as to how to facilitate the connection. I have no clue why I'm getting this error as I use the DUNS lookup to provide company information. I've also entered it in by hand. Would love to become a Microsoft partner with my venture but need some support to overcome this "penalty box" Anyone have ideas?
