Outlook365 rule for incoming CC and BCC messages
Hello, here is my question about Outlook 365 rules I receive messages addressed two different email addresses: myself_at_example.com and mygroup_at_example.com By default, all these messages...
It appears there is no default rule to select BCC as a condition, so you need to work in reverse: Exclude To (1) and CC (2) from the selection criteria, so only BCC remain.
Conditions to filter emails where you are in BCC:
- Apply rule on messages I receive
- With my name not in the ":To" field (1)
- And sent by specific sender (assuming there is a specific sender)
- And sent to mygroup_at_example.com
- Move the mails to the folder "BCC mails by Specific Sender"
- Except when my name appears in the CC field. (2)
