How to uninstall Copilot

Can anyone walk me through a simple way to uninstall this stupid copilot that I never wanted nor asked for? I have read the instructions and am completely lost. This is ridiculous for Microsoft to put crap on my computer that I do not want or ask for. Any help would be greatly appreciated because I am a carpenter not a computer GURU.
