Microsoft Learn: Updates to our training and certification portfolio

i received the follwoing information on the 4th of April:

Your Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate certification is now eligible for renewal. You have until September 30, 2024 (UTC) to pass the renewal assessment.

If you’ve never renewed a certification before, here’s what you should know:

• Certification renewal is free.
• Renewal assessments are shorter than certification exams and focus only on recent technology updates.
• You don’t need an appointment and there’s no proctor for renewal assessments.

There’s a flexible retake policy and instant feedback is provided upon completing the assessment.

Now i want to renew my certificate today, caus i am now prepared for these. But now its retired as i saw in several Forums and the official Plattform. What can i do now? Is my certification lost? Why do you sent out this email with wrong informations?

I am totally dissappointed with this situation now. if the Email had the correct Dates inside i had completed these course the last two weeks...
