We've tried opening support tickets and have seen no improvements in the Graph API as a result. Specifically with these 503 errors, we mainly get advice to use the API differently, in a way that's totally different than the corollary API in EWS used to work, which requires a major application refactoring - or in a way that doesn't scale or meet our business needs. It's been frustrating to say the least.
